The apartments are great! Plenty of space and storage. The staff is amazing! Keri works so hard to make it feel like a community and plans the best events! She is always so helpful and friendly!
The WORST apartment complex ever!!!
I have never ever experienced such horrible management! Melissa was very untrustworthy, rude, and had no business in management! She will tell you one thing and go back on it and will blame you for not understanding. Then you’ll be hit with multiple extra bills that came out of nowhere that Melissa has said oh yeah, No, you can pay this one price and that’s it. Our first night there our truck was towed and we had to pay $400 out of our own pockets because they did not give us the code for the towing company. Then we got blamed for not reading your emails so we sat there and figured out they never gave us the code. Melissa didn’t apologize once and still blamed us and never reimbursed us the $400 that came out of our pockets. A month out we were told that we had an updated apartment. Everything was renovated. So the night that we got into the state we got a call saying that the apartment that we had already paid for and put a deposit down on was not renovated. There were dents in the floor, counter were scratched , the vinyl on the flooring were off the walls. Horrible craftsmanship. Salmonella in the bathtub when we arrived. There was mold in the washer. Went into the apartment and notified them about all the issues and Melissa said well you can put rugs over that floor to make it look better. I have rented apartment many years, and this one was an absolute nightmare. For anyone reading the reviews, do believe everything horrible that people are saying because it’s true. Do not waste your time or your money on this place. Melissa should be relieved of any management position or customer service.
Maintenance, if you see this, know you are doing a phenomenal job, and this post has no reflection onto you...
The area is nice, the amount of things to do is nice, the majority of the neighbors are chill...but it does not make up for the inconsistent front desk staff, and the lack of effort they show at taking care of their current residents...
JUST this week, I have called the front desk 3 times for an ongoing issue I am having with my upstairs neighbor (upstairs neighbor does not abide by the noise curfew. No common courtesy at all....honestly its more of no common sense present). No one has returned my call, and when I do reach someone I get "they are in a meeting". Melissa made a suggestion that I move to another until that is 200 more then what I pay already. I was dumbfounded as I tried to wrap my head around the idea of moving out of my unit and paying more for an issue I am not causing.
I have put in multiple complaints through Elevation Security (as suggested by Melissa) to forward to the front desk, but nothing gets done other then putting a band-aid on the issue such as "we will talk to them" to which the noise continues shortly after so clearly the talks are not doing much. The last I have been told was "we will push this to management"....and that was almost a Month ago....and the problem continues..
If I have to pay to move away from a problem I am not causing, I would rather find a whole new place entirely to live that will actually do the job they say. Not to mention they are quick to say "well we want your stay here to be the best possible". If this is their "best" then Its not worth my money. I am counting down the days until my lease ends to get TF out of here. I feel sorry for the sap that moves into my unit after me..
This is a lovely apartment complex to live in. Very quiet neighborhood. Maintenance is very quick and always helpful. The new management has done several updates to the grounds which is wonderful. I will be transparent on the lack of available parking spots open at night. Only thing I would suggest,
Is if you get off work late at night, look into a garage or an assigned spot to guarantee you’re able to get parking. Management office is always super helpful.
The pool area is awesome. after 4 summers living here i finally was able to enjoy it along with the hot tub. friends i have had over to enjoy it with me thought it was a luxury type pool. its a very well kept complex. always looks very pretty during the fall and when the snow hits. rent is very manageable and fair
The apartment F-212 was a lovely place to live. The staff at The Greens were very informative, polite, understanding, and very kind and obliging with fixing anything broken or not working properly in an efficient and timely manner. I was very impressed with the new ownership of The Greens. Your comfort is a priority. They appreciate when you contact maintenance quickly when a problem arises.
I definitely would recommend The Greens to friends, neighbors, and family who are looking for a beautiful and well kept apartment complex.
New management is horrible and the staff is rude. The office is always locked (and now the key-fobs do not work), they stopped doing all the fun community things that the old management company did, the dog bag stations are never filled and there is dog poop everywhere, they made the parking policy even more strict than it was before, and packages are constantly getting stolen or lost in leasing office even though there's a "security locker".... I will not be renewing my lease and I do not recommend living here.
I had an appointment with the manager to do a walk through and the manager did not show up. She will not return my calls!!! Garbage bins were always overflowing!! The ruined landscaping by pulling out mature trees!! Office girls not very pleasant to work with. It seems since they were bought out they have gone down hill!!
